Shipping/Handling charges apply for return-shipping as calculated on Shopping Cart & Printable Order Form.

If mailing Check or Money Order, please use the Printable Order Form to calculate Shipping/Handling rates and indicate desired item(s) to be made with your fabric.

Prices listed include all requierd notions. *PLEASE* indicate what form of Closure or Nursing Option you would like on your item, if required!! (Button, Snap, Hook/Eye, etc.)

All items made according to pattern specs. *ANY* special customizing additions or changes require an additional service fee listed below. Please include this fee with your payment if necessary.

** NOTE **
IF REQUESTING or PAYING FOR ANY CHANGES or CUSTOMIZING TO THE STANDARD PATTERN, PLEASE PROVIDE EXTRA FABRIC(!!) This provides for any custom additions to the garment outside of standard pattern requirements.

*PLEASE* KINDLY PRE-WASH and PRE-IRON and NEATLY-FOLD the fabric before shipping to Plainly Dressed. It is quite timely for us to iron out great amounts of wrinkled fabric that has not been Neatly-Folded for shipping. We will not PRE-SHRINK or PRE-WASH the fabric for you. *Thank You*

Due to the large quantity of Clothing items produced, *ALL* items are produced to standard pattern specs. and should be suitable for your size and frame according to the sizing charts provided.

*ANY* Special Customizing Requests must be indicated *HERE* with addtitional charges listed below.

Please Indicate desired Customizing Options in the Comments Section when Ordering or in a Separate Email or on your Printable Order Form.

This Service Fee provides for the additional time and labor required to make the requested pattern adjustments, which are time-consuming to calculate, configure, and which sometimes require us to re-design the original pattern. It also covers any additional fabric costs incurred with adjustments to the pattern.

Custom Service Fee #1:
Includes minor Length changes for Sleeves or Dress Length

Custom Service Fee #2:
Includes all other special customizing requests including -
* Sizing / Measurement Changes to Bodice or otherwise
* Requests for Elastic Waist, Sleeves, or Belt
* Special Belt Requests (Buttons, Hooks, Snaps, Elastic, etc.)
* Patch or In-Seam Pockets
* Any other special customizing re-design changes
